Since I ported OgSkyX over to 0.3 and will also update when the maintenance release 0.3.1 comes out within the next days, I consider this resolved.

I saw someone posting a working set of shaders for glsl just recently – in the SkyX topic @ Ogre forum.

We will have to wait with the implementation of a SkyX plugin until there are cg or hlsl shaders, otherwise SkyX will only work on Windows.

Is this true? On Windows all is indeed fine with SkyX.

Jacmoe: What does Linux say? wilkolak/others: Any Mac feedback?

A basic plugin we can extend as SkyX matures.
